She is survived by: her husband Randy Mayo of Kilbourne, Louisiana; her sons, Corey Spann of Oak Grove, Louisiana and Carlas Spann of Oak Grove; her stepchildren, Jason Mayo of McGehee, Arkansas and Katie Moore of Crossett, Arkansas; and her siblings, Edna Lewis of Mer Rouge, Louisiana, Bobby Crain of Clinton, Arkansas, Donald Crain of Houston, Texas and Diane Putman of Oak Grove. She is also survived by great grandchildren.
