He is survived by: his wife Peggy O'Neal of Kilbourne, LA; his children, Melisa Jackson (Bobby) of New Iberia, LA, Carol Freeman (Dee) of Cabot, AR and Patrick O'Neal (Misty) of Lake Providence, LA; his grandchildren, Robert, Elizabeth, Nicholas, Tyler, Chelsea, Kelsea and Julia; his great grandchildren, Anniston, Cason, Gracie, Landen and Hadley; his siblings, Patricia Austin and Ronnie O'Neal; and his brother-in-law Jerry Richardson.
