He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Booty and Shirley Booty; his brother Thomas Ray Booty; and his brother-in-law Michael Cutrer. He is survived by: his wife Carol Darbonne Booty; his sister Marcia Cutrer; his daughters, Stephanie Arnone (Sal Arnone) and Ashley Gaspard (Jerry Gaspard); his grandchildren, Jenny Peterson (Chris Peterson), Cameron Arnone (Landon Allen), Halie Arnone (Kye Grice), Jalen Roberts, Jerry Gaspard Jr., Johnny Gaspard and Gabrielle Gaspard; and his great grandchildren, Greyson Peterson, Hadleigh Rae Allen, Baylon Allen and Ivy Mae Grice.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Spring Creek Baptist Church (73038 LA-1054, Kentwood, LA 70444). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
