"Billy" Carter, Jr. (Yolanda) of Kentwood, LA, Sandy Carter Newman (Mitch) of Kentwood, LA, Jenny Carter Jackson (Albert) of St. Francisville, LA and Douglas Martin Carter, Sr. (Mary) of Picayune, MS; and her siblings, Martin O. Blanchard, III and Maureen Blanchard of Bay St. She was also cherished by 9 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren.
