He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, Krystal Erin Dukes of Pineville, LA, Leslie Nichole Shaw of Pineville, LA, Braxton James Womack of Kentwood, LA and Preston Shelby Womack of Kentwood, LA; his grandchildren, Ethan Thomas Lee, Shelby Marie Lee, Gracelyn Mae Shaw, Lennox Bradley Womack and Collin Blaise Sanders; his brothers, Ken Donnell Womack and Kerry Dwayne Womack; and his parents, Ivy Jean Womack of Kentwood, Louisiana. and Shelby Birch Womack. He was also cherished by Dad to his two daughters and two sons.
His favorite part of being a Trooper was his involvement in the Make-A-Wish Foundation.
