He is survived by: his wife Emma Hills Wilson; his children, Pergeua "Desmond" Franklin, Lenzy Wilson of Wilmer, LA and Clayton Wilson of Wilmer, LA; his sister Helen "Elmer" Burris of Baton Rouge, LA; and his siblings-in-law, Mae Ola Wilson, Vertis Wilson and Elmer Burris. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and relatives.
