He is survived by: his wife Audrey Spears Dunham; his children, Gregory Lebouef Dunham (Danielle), Jeff Lebouef Dunham (Karen) and Melanie Calderone (Dominick); his grandchildren, Chase Lebouef Dunham, Alise Sollie, Tanner Lebouef Dunham (Addison), Tyler Lebouef Dunham, Brittany Curtis and Dominick Calderone, III; his great grandchildren, Grayson Sollie, Wakefield Dunham and Chloe Grace Curtis; and his cousin Vona Ledew.
