With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Roland Joseph Navarre Jr. of Kentwood, Louisiana, born in White Castle, Louisiana, who passed away on March 4, 2024 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Roland J. Sr. Navarre and Louise Martinez Navarre; his brother Jeffrey Navarre; and his son-in-law Michael Wayne "Joe" Rodgers. He is survived by: his wife Donna Medlock Navarre; his children, Nicole Navarre King (Lloyd Lee King) and Darnell Navarre Rodgers; his grandchildren, John Townson, Devin King (Kellie), Tristin King (Julia Gerald) of Lloyd and King Jr.; his great grandchildren, Elaina Townson and Savanna King; his sister Kimberly Navarre Coye (Terry); and his sister-in-law Darlene Altazan Navarre.
Memorial donations may be made to Shriners Hospitals for Children or American Heart Association or Beam's Ministry.
