It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Neva Cureton of Kentwood, Louisiana, born in Independence, Louisiana, who passed away on December 6, 2021, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard C. Spears and Berta M. Spears; her husband Robert J. Cureton; and her siblings, Edward Spears, Clyde Spears and Sandra S. Forbes.
She is survived by: her siblings, Charlene Sterling, Ernest Spears (Ovelene), Audrey Dunham, Gloria Pierre and Sherrie Thompson (Chuck). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
