He is survived by: his wife Judy Foster Needham; his children, Frances Thornton, Mark Needham of Kentwood, LA, Wayne, Teresa Needham of Kingwood, TX and Wanda Newman of Kernersville, NC; his grandchildren, Joseph Thornton (Christy), Lucas Thornton (Allison), Clayton Thornton (Jessica), Joshua Thorton (Danyelle), J. B. Needham (Crystal), Tabitha Whittington, Trenton Needham, Seth Needham, Cassie Needham, Joe Newman, Jr. (Angie) and Tiffany Hutchins (Adam); and his sister Mildred Needham Birch. He is also survived by 23 great-grandchildren.
