He is survived by: his wife Betty Lindsey Howell; his children, Carolyn Magee (Hugh Magee), Tammy Terrebonne (Brian Terrebonne), Rebecca Howell (Rick Staggers), Betty Howell Precia (Anthony Prescia), JoAnn Lato (Vincent Lato), Thelma Wallace (Douglas Wallace) and Ricky Wayne Howell; and his siblings, Verlie Howell Golmon (Louise), Louis Nelson Howell and Melvin Donald Howell. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren; and 32 great-grandchildren.
