He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Dugar and Marcella Dugar; his children, Linda Maria Dugar and Edward Charles Dugar; his great grandchild Dane Scott Dugar; and his siblings, Mary Dugar Kelly, Paul Dugar, Ethel Dugar Simoneaux, Edward Dugar, Shirley Dugar Knost and Raymond Dugar.
He is survived by: his wife Juanita Klein Dugar; his children, Wanda Dugar Brumfield (Don), James Gerard Dugar, Jr. (Michele), Dennis Michael Dugar (Carla) and Darrell Paul Dugar; and his daughter-in-law Kim Dugar (Edward). He is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 30 great-grandchildren.
