She was predeceased by: her husband Bobby Lynn Blades; her parents, Otis Slaven and Delitha Brooks Slaven; and her siblings, John Slaven, T. C. Slaven, Wyman Slaven, Otis Slaven Jr., Huey P. Slaven, Sam Richard Slaven, Eloise Slaven Phillips and Margaret Slaven Bethany.
She is survived by: her sons, Jason Blades (Stephanie) and Tyrone Blades (Aimee); her grandchildren, Hailey Milton, Ethan Blades and Molly Blades; her sister-in-law Marie Slaven; her close friend Donnis Blades; and also Nancy Wales. She is also survived by her many nieces and nephews.
