It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Don Carlos Nevills of Kentwood, Louisiana, born in Fayetteville, Tennessee, who passed away on November 12, 2024, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, J. R. Nevills and Jesse Nevills; and his siblings, Ray Nevills, Jackie Nevills, Jean Hover and Juanita Sims.
He is survived by: his brother Phillip Nevills (Margaret); his daughter Zoe Lopitz; his stepson Chris Richard; his grandchildren, Jacob Nicholas Cassel, Matthew Ryan Richard and Melanie Marie Richard; his niece Michelle Nevills Shaw; and his nephews, Donald Ray Nevills, Johnnie Hover, Kenny Hover and Barry Hover.
A graveside service was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Pine Ridge Cemetery (3893 LA-440, Kentwood, LA 70444).
