He was predeceased by: his parents, Jewel Gill and Minnie Gill; and his siblings, Gene Gill, Fred Gill, Edna Mae Hoyt and Patsy Lee.
He is survived by: his wife Gloria McNabb Gill; his children, Becky Lynn Grimes (Joseph) and Tristan Gill; his grandson Aidan James Grimes; and his brother Edgar Ray Gill.
