It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cheryl Ann Coon of Kentwood, Louisiana, born in Independence, Louisiana, who passed away on November 29, 2022, at the age of 56, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Carolyn Tarver and Gordon Williams, Jr.; her brother Jon Michael Williams; and her grandparents, Addie, Virgil Allen, Gordon, Sr. and Lenora Williams.
She is survived by: her husband Chad Coon; her children, Trevin Lewis, Brock Lewis (Kelsey), Chasity Coon (Danielle Davis) and Dayton Lewis; her grandchild Greyson Lewis; her siblings, DeLisa Zeigler (Gary), Leah Pouncey (Ricky, Sr.) and Christopher "Kit" Williams; her nephews, Michael Dean, Jr., Justin Blades, Ricky Pouncey, Jr. and Ryan Pouncey; her sisters-in-law, Pam Brister (Jeff) and April Coon; and her close friends, Angel Parker (Adam), Rita Aron and Adlyn Renee "Sissy" Rioux. She is also survived by 9 great nieces and nephews.
