She is survived by: her sons, Marty Wayne Guy, Kentwood, Perry Gene Guy (Tami Curtis Guy), Bay St, Boyd Glynn Guy (Veronica Celeste Guy) and Lafayette; her grandchildren, Chantal Guy Dale (Timothy Dale), Denham Springs, Abigail Elizabeth Guy and Zachary Thomas Guy; her great grandchild Alaric Dale; her brother Gene Simmons; and her niece Janet Simmons Pike.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Spring Creek Baptist Church Building Fund.
