He is survived by: his daughters, Jessika and Courtney Bouvier; his stepfather Wayne Pennington; his siblings, Denise Bouvier Monjure and Shane Michael Bouvier; his stepbrother Jason Gitz; and his nieces and nephews, Alissa and Nolan Bouvier.
