He was predeceased by: his former wife Lillian McLaughlin Casey; his wife Jill Wellmeyer Casey; his parents, Gerald William Casey and Ursula McAuliffe Casey; and his siblings, Geraldine Casey Parker, Gerald Richard Casey and John Casey.
He is survived by: his children, Candy Jo Casey Barash and William Ray Russette; and his granddaughters, Rachel Russette Mercier and Chelsea Russette Ray. He is also survived by extended family members and friends.
