She was predeceased by: her parents, Augustus Calmes and Rosemary Calmes. She is survived by: her brothers, Emmett Calmes (E. J.) and Charles Kerbs; her husband Raymond Decedue; her children, Melvin Fleetwood Jr. and Lynn Lanzaro; and her grandchildren, Kelly, Jennifer, Brittney and Hailey. She is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great grandchild, stepsons, stepdaughters, and step-grandchildren.
