She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest A. Nichols Sr. and Rita S. Sabatier; and her brother Ernest Nichols Jr.. She is survived by: her brothers, Kenneth and Wayne Nichols.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Alzheimer's Association in remembrance of Sandra.
