She was predeceased by: her husband Thomas F. McCoy, Jr.; her son Dr. Thomas F. McCoy, III; and her parents, Jack Edrington and Ruth Edrington. She is survived by: her children, Darlene McCoy Stokan (Joe) of Lawrenceville, GA and Michael J. McCoy (Teri) of Baton Rouge, LA; her daughter-in-law Vicki Ross McCoy; her brother Clayton J. Edrington (Marilyn); her sister-in-law Sister Alice McCoy; and her grandchildren, Kristy McCoy Ganucheau (Brett), James McCoy (Catherine), Joseph Stokan (Katherine), Kelly McCoy Michalove (David), Jennifer McCoy, Sean Jensen (Catherine) and Hayley Jensen. She is also survived by 9 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 16th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Ann Church (3601 Transcontinental Dr, Metairie, LA 70006). A funeral Mass was held on Wednesday, April 16th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the St. Ann Catholic Church (3601 Transcontinental Dr, Metairie, LA 70006).
