He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry J. Hebert, Sr. and Velma Bertrand Hebert; and his siblings, Esma, Chester, Gerard, Harry and Hebert Jr..

He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Bernard Hebert; his children, Michele Prather (Steve), Ned F. Hebert, Jr. (Peggy), Eric Hebert (Terri), Crystal Whipple (Justin) and Nicholas Hebert (Shanon); and his grandchildren, Jena, Danielle, Ned III, Jason, Jessica, Taylor, Sarah, Brianna, Aubrey and Olivia. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren, along with numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
