He was predeceased by: his son Mitchel Chesne, III; and his parents, Mitchel Chesne and Vilma Chesne. He is survived by: his wife Geraldine Chesne; his daughter Gladys Modica; his grandchildren, Cornelius Modica, III, Cory Modica and Brittany Modica; and his brothers, Sonny Chesne and Howard Chesne. He is also survived by five great grandchildren.
