She was predeceased by: her parents, Solomon Weinberger, Sr. and Leopoldina Peña Weinberger; her siblings, Solomon Weinberger, Jr. (Maria Luisa), Elba Weinberger, Gloria Weinberger Radillo and Sonia Weinberger Smith (David); her husband Albert McSwain; and her grandson Daniel McSwain (Sylvia).
She is survived by: her children, Michael McSwain (Annabelle) and Dianne McSwain Schmidt (Steven); her grandchildren, Jonathan McSwain, Emily Schmidt, Kyle Schmidt (Amy), Collin Schmidt (Justina), Conrad Schmidt, Denisse Lopez, Mia Camille McSwain and Rebecca McSwain; her great grandchildren, Stella Marty, Sadie Schmidt, Patrick Martyn, Waylon Schmidt and Finn Schmidt; and her nieces and nephews, Gertrude Weinberger Biondo, Cynthia Weinberger, Sandy Lazare, Linda Biedermann, Antonio Radillo, Frances Lopilato, Maria Elba Smith, Delores Albarado and Debbie Smith.
