She is survived by: her husband David Battle; her mother Mattie Figgers; and her siblings, Agnes Tatum (Willie), Herman Figgers (Sonja), Linda Figgers, James Figger, Jr. (Cynthia), Deborah Holmes (Rene), Hattie Hill (Warren) and John Figgers (Deloris). She is also survived by children of her own, she loved her nieces and nephews like they were her children.
