He was predeceased by: his parents, James Howard and Florine McKinney; his father-in-law Walter J. Hogan, Jr.; and his sister-in-law Maria Hogan Stentz. He is survived by: his wife Christine Hogan McKinney; his sister Kim Willey (Matthew); his sons, Tyler James and Parker McKinney Willey of Destrehan, LA.; his mother-in-law Josephine Viviano Hogan of Kenner, LA; his brother-in-law Walter Hogan, III (Rosina); his niece Sarah; his nephew Christopher Hogan of Plano, TX; and his brother-in-law Bill Stentz (Carolanne) of Biloxi, MS. He is also survived by many cousins and extended family.
