He was predeceased by: his parents, Walker Creamer and Nancy Creamer. He is survived by: his significant other Nobuyo Tomita of Beppu, Japan.; his daughters, Shirley Patron (Danny) and Janice Ward; and his grandson Jack Ward. He is also survived by his many friends and his loving family.
