With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Fortuné A. Dugan of Kenner, Louisiana, who passed away on March 13, 2024 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Francis and Ruth Welsch Dugan; his siblings, Albert Francis Dugan, Jr. and Mary Clark; and his wife Sandra Mary Duracher Dugan.

He is survived by: his brother Dr. Michael Dugan; his children, Fortuné A. Dugan Jr. (Veronica) and Bridget Dugan Vargas (Daniel); and his grandchildren, Samantha, Sophia, Isabella and Sebastian.

In lieu of flowers the family requests donations to the Parkinson's Foundation in memory of Dr. Dugan.
