She was predeceased by: her parents, Shirley Townsend and Charles Townsend Sr.; her former husband John Durel Sr.; her husband Guy Nuccio; and her brother David Townsend Sr..
She is survived by: her brother Charles Townsend Jr. (Vicki); her sons, John Durel Jr. and Jason Durel; her daughter-in-law Tutz; and her granddaughters, Mackenzie Durel and Madison Durel. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A burial was held on Wednesday, January 3rd 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Greenwood Cemetery (5190 Canal Blvd #200, New Orleans, LA 70124). A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the L. A. Muhleisen & Son Funeral Home (2607 Williams Blvd, Kenner, LA 70062).
