He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Richard Lang Sr. and Beverly Jean Ashton; his sister Linda K. Schneider; the mother of his children Paulette Marie Lang; and his son Charles Richard Lang III (Petey).
He is survived by: his wife Judie of Kenner, LA; his children, Scott Jones (Brenda) of Wallis, TX, Paul Jones of Katy, TX, Jacob Hendrix (Jazmine) of Katy, TX and Elizabeth Keene (Clinton) of New Orleans, LA; his grandchildren, Isabel, James, Patricia, Kellie, Samantha, Lucas and Zane; his stepchildren, Jason Wilson, Lloyd Wilson (Jennifer), William "Bill" Wilson, Jennifer Voan (Philip) and Kari Stanley; his stepgrandchildren, Josh, Madison, Joylynn, Zoe, Ryllee, Kaitlynn, Emma, Finley, Tatom and Levi; his daughter-in-law Katie Hahn; and his son Tre. He is also survived by in-laws, cousins, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, Rick requested that donations be made to The Petey Lang Memorial Scholarship Foundation.
