He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Charles Cook, Sr. and Augusta "Gussie" Tucker Cook; and his siblings, Albert Jr., Derrell, Adele Eberhardt, Melva Helwig and Joyce Cook.
He is survived by: his wife Catherine Mary Leonard; his children, Craig (Linda Hebert), Janet Wirth (Dan) and Barbara Lenfant (Ronald Jr.); his grandchildren, Aaron, Jarrod Cook, Tisha Seghers (David), Kevin Wirth (Breagh Derbes), Kristyn Cuccia and Kolleen Romero (Eric); and his great grandchildren, Riley, Lyda Catherine Cook, Jaxon Cook, Nicole, Kyle Seghers, Adam Wirth, Gabriella, Lucas Jerard Cuccia, Caleb and Connor Romero. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
