He was predeceased by: his grandchild Thomas Arbon Jr.; his parents, Salvador "Scorchie" Brocato and Maria Nuccio Pizzalato; and his siblings, Manuella "Penny" Grego and Steve Pizzalato.

He is survived by: his wife Carmela Manzella Brocato; his children, Toni T. Serpas (John) and Dino A. Tedesco; his stepson Thomas A. Arbon (Sandra); his brothers, Louis "Luigi" Brocato and Salvador Brocato Jr.; his grandsons, Jeffrey V. Serpas (Monique) and Michael J. Arbon; and his great grandchildren, Lucas, Alexander Serpas, Thomas A. Arbon III and Cooper Arbon. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
