She was predeceased by: her daughter Marisol Elizabeth Jaramillo; and her parents, Gilma Caro Florez and Carlos Florez. She is survived by: her husband Joseph Ivan Jaramillo; her daughters, Clara Ines Jaramillo (Ralf Guether) and Katherine Patricia Jaramillo; her granddaughters, Julia Christine Guether and Sophia Elizabeth Guether; and her siblings, Vicente Florez (Maria Elena Pelaez), Mariaelena Florez of Velez, Javier Florez (Amparo Gomez), Luis Carlos Florez, Jorge Enrique Florez (Martha Restrepo) and Gilma Florez. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
