He was predeceased by: his parents, Adam Joseph, Sr. and Susie Cassimere Joseph; his son James Griggs; and his siblings, Augustine Gettridge, Marvel Richard, Susie Sparks, Debra Joseph, Kelvin Joseph, Phillip Joseph and Larry Joseph.
He is survived by: his children, England Randolph, Yolanda Johnson, Amelia Westbrook (Duane) and Gregory Griggs; his wife Alice Joseph; and his siblings, Ursula Lacking, Cynthia Crenshaw (Brent), Casandra Foy (Ronald), Elaine Joseph, Kermit (Lisa) and Kenneth Joseph. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephews.
