Phelps (Karen); his grandchildren, Wendy McLay (Eddy), Jennifer Paulson, Heather Fulco, Chad Terra, Bryan Terra (Tiffany), Matthew Hall (Sissy), Zach Phelps, Ian Phelps (Stephanie) and Duncan Phelps; his brothers, Luke Phelps and Dalton Phelps (Linda); and his sister-in-law Virginia Phelps. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
