He was predeceased by: his father Larry Blake. He is survived by: his wife Michelle Blake; his daughters, Cierra Warren (Brad) and Jade Blake; his adoptive daughter Katie Poss; his grandchildren, Kylie, Ameila, Brenton, Anthony, Violet, Evangeline, Cambron, Brynlee and Gracie; his mother Helen Blake; and his brothers, Jeremy and Clay Blake.
