He is survived by: his children, Michael Turnage and Samantha Turnage; his siblings, Paul Turnage (Carol), Lamar Turnage, Carl Anderson, Renee Spalding (Scott) and Debbie DeClark (Dave); and his close friend Theresa Shoemaker. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
