She is survived by: her daughters, Sherry Herndon (Mickie Shrout) and Carolyn Deal (Billy); her grandchildren, Crystal Clayton, Daniel Tull, Rachael Williams, Ricky Spurlock, Jr., Adam Spurlock, Sarah Spurlock, Tiffany Ellis Spurlock, JonAllen Eaves and Thomas "James" Eaves; her sister Hilda Coleman; her daughter-in-law Amy Spurlock; and her nephew Jerry Sweat. She is also survived by 16 great grandchildren.
