He is survived by: his wife Mary Lou Hester; his children, Paula Bigley (John), Judy Sandy (Rick) and Robert Hester, Jr. (Rita); and his stepchildren, Steve Fort (Renee), Tracy Fort (Denise), Jeff Fort (Ingrid) and Kimberly Mathews.
