He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Margaret Virginia Stovall Oosta; his children, Kathy Childress (Mark) of Houston, Carol Walsh (Garry) of Zwolle, Joanie Dahlem (Freddy) of Florien and John Oosta (Jack) of Indiana; his grandchildren, Garrett Walsh III (Jana), Derek Bernard (Mala), Richard Walsh (Brooke), Caitlin Childress and Tiffany Oosta; and his sister JoAnn Lemmen (Len) of Holland, Michigan. He was also cherished by five great-grandchildren.
