She was predeceased by: her husband Cecil C. Belgard II; her mother Charline Burk Poulan; her adoptive father Henry T. Poulan Sr.; her father Nathan Burk; and her brother Tommy Poulan.
She is survived by: her children, Suzan Belgard Carter (Steve), Cecil Belgard III (Sam), Scott Belgard (Lisa) and Christy Belgard Campbell (Laura); her grandchildren, Lauren Belgard Head (Micah) and Nathan Belgard (Hannah Kate); and her great grandchildren, Eleanor Elizabeth Head, Amelia Jane Head and Benjamin Clark Head. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Sunday, December 15th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Hixson Brothers Funeral Home of Pineville (2701 Military Hwy, Pineville, LA 71360). A funeral service was held on Sunday, December 15th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
