He was predeceased by: his parents, Erline Kenny and Joey Buttitta. He is survived by: his wife Pam Lee; his children, Natalie Raines (Danny), Joey Buttitta and Sarah Roberson; his grandchildren, Christin Payne (Chase), Amanda Cloninger (Thomas), Marissa Killian (Chris), Bryndan Roberson, Kylar, Leighton, Averee, Chloe, Tanner and Thea; and his sisters, Joline McCormick, Paulette Allen (Floyd) and Susan Tadlock.
