She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Doyle Hale and Faye Hale; her husband Wayne Baker; and her sons, Carl Edward Harris and Jason Wayne Baker.

A memorial service was held on Wednesday, January 1st 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Bible Baptist Church (8985 Woolworth Rd, Shreveport, LA 71129).
