He was predeceased by: his parents, Arnold Lavelle and Reba Faye Lee; and his sister Mary Ellen Bierbaum. He is survived by: his children, Buster Lee (Connie), Teresa Lee Courtney (Jen) and Ella Burt; his grandchildren, Kelsey Lee Campbell, Mary Ellen Courtney, Jake Courtney and Josh Courtney; and his brothers, Billy Lee and Phil Lee. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
