He is survived by: his children, Richard Lane Laenger (Mary), Vickie Louise Laenger Thompson (Mark) and William Keith Laenger (Janine); his grandchildren, Michele Bailey (Brian), Richard Nolan (Tra), Hollye Lynnea Broome, April Thompson, Ronnie Robinson, Amber Tyler (Kassi Tyler), Emily Laenger and Jenna Laenger; his great grandchildren, Kade, Kyle Bailey, Elliana, Brooklyn, Emma Laenger, Marlee Thompson, Aven and Adalynn Robinson; and his brother Kenneth (Cindy).
