He is survived by: his son Weston McGuire; his wife Tammy Chandler Overbey; his mother Martha Burford Overbey; his nieces, Natalie Lasyone Wigley (Jacob) and Nicole Lasyone (John); his great-nephews, Hudson Wigley and Braxton Lasyone; his great-niece Harper Audrey Wigley; his parents-in-law, Norma and Huie Stone; his stepchildren, Ashley McGuire (Mack) and Emily Butler (Kory); and his stepgrandchildren, Mathew, Weston, Abel, Luke McGuire, Rhett and Adilynn Butler.
