It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Winnie Theresa Boutte Broussard (Kaplan, Louisiana), born in Youngsville, Louisiana, who passed away on January 20, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ophe Boutte and Rena Bourque; her husband Alvin F. Broussard; her parents-in-law, Claude and Effie Broussard; and her sister Rella Mae Boutte Derouen.
She is survived by: her children, Carlton Anthony Broussard (Dianna Callahan), Angela Claire Sweet (David Mola) and David Jude Broussard; her grandchildren, Jacque Broussard, Katrina Broussard, Brennan Sweet, Landon Sweet and Garrett Broussard; her great grandchildren, Carter Hebert, Kensington Hebert (Ashtyn), Allie Boutte and Aubrey Boutte (Jenna); her sister Audrey Boutte Hebert; and her siblings-in-law, Janelle Meaux, Annabelle Broussard (Presley) and Curvis Derouen.
