He was predeceased by: his wife Lorena Dronet; his son-in-law Lifton Broussard; his daughter Kariean Primeaux; and his parents, Alcee Dronet and Maria Mire.
He is survived by: his daughter Jeanell D. Broussard of Gueydan; his son-in-law Carroll Primeaux of Abbeville; his grandchildren, Kendell Broussard, Rowena Broussard, Andrea Vice, Darlene Faulk, Dana Primeaux and Ryan Primeaux; his great grandchildren, Amber Doucet, Tanner Broussard, Paige Alleman, Brandee Breaux, Draven Vice, MaKayla Vice, Landon Faulk, Carter Primeaux and Hayes Primeaux; his great great grandchildren, Zane Mire and Lexi Mire; and his brother Alcee "Boy" Dronet of Lafayette.
