He is survived by: his daughters, Amanda D. Hebert (Doug) of Kaplan and Jana Mire (Thad) of Kaplan; his grandchildren, Skyla, Chase and Hillary; his great grandchildren, Sage, Kami, Rayn and Koen; and his great great grandchildren, Alivia and Allison.
